David Geller
Born and raised in South Florida, David Geller is a member of the Florida Bar, the Bar for the Southern District of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. His practice of over 15 years has included all areas of business transactions and civil litigation. David’s practice includes business transactions, regulatory and compliance, banking and finance, health law, intellectual property, and civil litigation. David has successfully represented an intellectual property client before the United States Supreme Court.
In addition to his legal practice, David has extensive experience in Government at the federal, state, and local levels. David served as Legislative Counsel to Congressman and Former Governor Charlie Crist, Legislative Staff to Florida Senator Annette Taddeo, and most recently as Chief of Staff to Broward County Mayor Steve Geller (no relation). David has advised political campaigns at all levels of government. David has been an Adjunct Professor of Criminal Justice at Florida International University and has lectured on Election Law. He is the one of the Founding members of Florida Criminal Justice Reform Movement Political Committee.
David is also an active member of B’nai B’rith International, and has served on the B’nai B’rith International Executive Committee and Board of Governors.
