David Geller
Born and raised in South Florida, David Geller is a member of the Florida Bar, the Bar for the Southern District of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. His practice of over 15 years has included all areas of business transactions and civil litigation. David’s practice includes business transactions, regulatory and compliance, banking and finance, health law, intellectual property, and civil litigation. David has successfully represented an intellectual property client before the United States Supreme Court.
In addition to his legal practice, David has extensive experience in policy and advocacy work, as well as serving in Government at the federal, state, and local levels. David has been an Adjunct Professor of Criminal Justice at Florida International University.
David is also an active member of B’nai B’rith International and serves on the B’nai Brith international Executive Committee and Board of Governors, and was elected as the organization’s Chief Justice.
